Manufactured in a premium grade acetal copolymer it is chemically resistant to petroleum products, coolants and most common chemicals.
Features of Loc-Line coolant hose
- It has a unique ball and socket design is fully hand adjustable in both position and length.
- It will not kink or fatigue - bending does not decrease the inside diameter.
- It will not damage machine tool cutters if contact occurs, unlike metal hoses.
- It is electrically non-conductive - ideal for EDM flushing.
- It has no internal positioning rod that can break or restrict fluid flow.
- It stays in position - repeated positioning is easy. Creep due to machine vibration is eliminated.
