Formed in Bridgnorth, Shropshire in 1969, Filtermist International manufactures and markets Oil Mist, Fume and Dust extraction equipment for all types of manufacturing and engineering processes. With over 150,000 units in daily operation in 50 countries, the company has won a Queens Award for Export Achievement.

In the UK, Filtermist provides both supply and support of a comprehensive range of equipment and services for its customers, from the following national divisions;

From initial Workplace Air Monitoring, to design and installation of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems. Backed up by our experienced engineers, we also offer a full Service and LEV Testing package for all makes and models of extraction equipment, in line with COSHH regulations and the HSG258 guidelines.

Incorporates the Loc-Line modular hose system, complemented by a range of additional coolant control products including tramp oil separators, air operated pumps and coolant mixing and dispensing equipment.

We are the leading UK supplier of non-woven filter rolls, aimed predominantly at the metal-working fluid industry. This division also provides a large range of dust, liquid and process bags, cartridges, panels and spray booth media.

Filtermist is certified to ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 and products are CE marked.

All Filtermist units comply with the updated EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (and BS EN ISO 12100-1 & 2) and the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive 2002/95/EC and the company is complying with the requirements of REACH (Registration, Evaluation & Authorisation of Chemicals) EC No. 1907/2006
