UK based oil mist collector manufacturer, Filtermist International was delighted to welcome its Japanese distributor, Dynamic Tools to the UK to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Tomoki Kato and Itaru Kimura from Dynamic made the journey from Japan to the UK especially for the celebration.
The event which took place in September welcomed representatives from Filtermist’s global distributor network to a black-tie dinner event at Davenport House in Shropshire, UK.
The event coincided with EMO, the world’s premier trade fair for the metalworking industry which was taking place the following week in Hannover, Germany. This allowed distributors who were travelling from further afield to combine a trip to the UK with this global exhibition.
Dynamic Tools Corporation recently exhibited at the MECT exhibition, one of Japan’s largest Machine Tool shows, where it was supported by Filtermist’s International Distributor Manager Richard Smith. The show allowed Dynamic to meet with key decision makers face to face to discuss how they could potentially work together to ensure machine operators are protected from exposure to hazardous oil mist particles.
Richard commented “Filtermist has traded in Japan for many years and its manufacturing sector continues to offer substantial potential. The volume of machine tool manufacturers in Japan meant it was one of the first countries Filtermist began trading with when it started to export overseas. We are very proud of the direct collaborations that Filtermist and Dynamic Tools have with Machine Tool Manufacturers in Japan as showcased by Star Seimitsu including a Filtermist unit on one of the machines on its stand at the MECT exhibition.”
