Filtermist International Limited is delighted to announce that it has appointed Bucharest-based Klarwin as the official distributor in Romania for its UK manufactured oil mist collectors. 
The two companies first met at EMO 2019 following a visit by Klarwin employees to Filtermist’s stand. This timing proved extremely auspicious as International Distributor Manager Richard Smith had already planned to meet with potential distributors in Romania the following week. Richard takes up the story, “I met with Klarwin in Bucharest in September and then in December Adrian Dobre, Klarwin’s founder and CEO, visited our Telford site. The relationship progressed when two Klarwin engineers visited us earlier this year (pre-COVID!) for technical training so we are delighted to be able to cement this partnership formally.”
Home to European production facilities for many multi-national manufacturers due to its reputation for supplying quality components at a relatively low cost compared with neighbouring competitors, Romania offers substantial potential for Filtermist. “Awareness of the need for effective oil mist removal is beginning to increase amongst manufacturers in Romania,” continues Richard, “and it is almost inevitable that tighter indoor air quality regulations will be introduced in the foreseeable future.
