Filtermist is pleased to report that it has appointed a new distributor for Estonia and Latvia. Waldec Group, which acquired CLE Baltic in 2015, will now be responsible for all sales of Filtermist oil mist collectors in the two countries.

Christopher Andreasson European Sales Manager for Absolent Group, Filtermist International’s parent company, identified Waldec as a potential suitable distributor to help grow sales of Filtermist products in Estonia and Latvia. “Waldec Oy was established in 1989 and now operates in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The management is extremely ambitious, and we believe that the company is ideally placed to grow sales of Filtermist products.

“As an official Mazak dealer, Waldec’s customers include a wide range of end-users that could benefit from effective oil mist extraction to ensure their workers are protected from harmful airborne particles.”

Absolent Group CEO, Axel Berntsson, met with Hermann Chanthabouasy, Waldec Group owner and CEO, at Absolent Group’s office in Gothenburg last month to seal the deal in person.
